Some new characters probably join the 3 season of the TV Show. Paddy Considine will be back as Viserys Targaryen alongside Olivia Cooke (Alicent Hightower). In addition, Jefferson Hall (Ser Tyland Lannister), Lord Jason Lannister role will be played Jefferson Hall, Prince Daemon Targaryen will take Matt Smith, Ser Vaemond Velaryon will play a Wil Johnson, actor Ryan Corr will be playing Ser Harwin 'Breakbones' Strong, Mysaria role will play a Sonoya Mizuno, Young Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen will take Milly Alcock and Larys Strong role will take Matthew Needham.

House of the Dragon synopsis

Rhaenys, the eldest of her grandchildren, will still remember this humiliating council that chose the younger one over her just because he is a man. She, so wise and determined, was furious that she was not chosen just because she had different genitals. Years later, she will realize that this was far from the first time that everyone deliberately angered each other - the only consolation for narcissists and wounded, renounced by a clot of greatness, is to scoff at those in power. For example, steal eggs, and God forbid they would be chicken, or marry someone's helpless little sweetheart. All the intriguers have fled to different sides of the world, and it is no longer possible to keep track of what they whisper in empty gloomy halls, whom they incite and persuade to themselves by flattery or bribery.
