Most of the actors most likely back for 4th season. Sandra role will take Tatiana Pauhofová and Igor role will play a Lukáš Hejlík. You should also totally expect to see Kateřina Winterová (Nina), Dita role will be played Kamila Magálová, Marek will play a Karel Roden, Linda role will be played by actor Michaela Doubravová, Viktor will be played Zdeněk Bařinka, Jiří Ornest as Charvát, Teodor will play a David Švehlík and Tereza Voříšková (Viola).

Storyline
The THERAPY series is unique for its psychological depth, well developed characters and the setting, mostly concentrated in one area. Most of the story takes place in the consulting room of psychologist Marek Posta (Karel Roden) who attends to several patients with a variety of traumas during the weekdays. Every Monday the psychologist receives a saucy Sandra (Tatiana Pauhofová) who confesses in the opening episode that she is in love with Marek.
